Aatish-e-Raan

Ingredients:-

  • Leg meat of lamb ———– 1 kg
  • Ginger and garlic paste ———– 25 gms
  • Red chili powder ———– 25 gms
  • Garam masala powder ———– 1tbsp
  • Yogurt ———– 100 gms
  • Browned onion paste ———– 250 gms
  • White vinegar ———– 100 ml
  • Lime juice ———– 100 ml
  • Crushed pineapple ———– 100 gms
  • sesame oil ———– 100 ml
 

Method:

  1. Mix together all the ingredients and marinate lamb in it for 12 hours.
  2. Slow cook in a hot tandoor or on open charcoal for 50 minutes.
  3. Server with onion wedges, onion rings and salad
