Ingredients:-
- 2 cup —– Whole Wheat Flour (Aata)
- Water
- ¼ tsp. —– Salt (optional)

Method:
- To make a dough, Mix flour and salt and add water slowly and Knead well.
- After kneaded set dough aside for about 10 minutes.
- Take a little portion of the dough to form a ball about 1 ½ inches in diameter.
- Rolled out this balls into discs (lightly floured surface).
- Pat it back and forth between your hands until it becomes thin. (Patting makes the chapati puff up when baked.)
- Cook it on an un-greased tawa until it is start change its color to hazel color.
- Now take it Roti from Tawa and put it on direct flame (both side) until puffy and cooked.
- Served as supporting dish with any curry food
