Chicken Tagine
INGREDIENTS:-
Chicken Pieces ——- 1 kg
Ginger/garlic paste ——- 2 tbsps
Salt/black pepper powder ——- To taste
Youghurt ——- 1/2 cup
Soya sauce ——- 2tbsps
Vinger ——- 1 tbsp
Onion ,medium, sliced ——- 1
Ketchup ——- 4tbsps
Chickpeas, boiled ——- 1 cup
Oil ——- As required
METHOD:-
In a saucepan, heat oil and fry ginger/garlic and onions till brown.
Add chicken pieces and all the ingredients. When chicken tenderizes, cook on high heat for 5 minutes.
In a bowl, add chickpeas and place chicken mixture on top.
garnish and serve.
