Ingredients:-
- ½ cup —- softened butter
- 1/3 cup —- corn flour
- ¾ cup —- water
- 1 ½ cups —- whole kernel corn
- ¾ cup —- white sugar
- 2 tbsp —- heavy whipping cream
- ¾ tsp —- salt
- ½ tsp —- baking powder

Corn-N-Cream Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, beat butter until creamy.
- Add the corn flour & water & beat until well mixed.
- Using a food processor or electric mixer, process corn but leave chunky. Stir into butter mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix cornmeal, sugar, cream, salt &baking powder.
- Add to corn flour mixture &stir to combine.
- Pour batter into an ungreased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Smooth butter & cover with aluminum foil.
- Place pan into a 9×13 inch baking dish filled one-third of the way with water.
- Bake in preheated oven at 175 degrees C for 50 to 60 minutes.
