Ingredients:-
- 300 gms —– Greek feta cheese
- 150 gms —– each, cubed cucumber & halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 —– red onion, cut into rings
- 24 —– olives
- 20 ml —– lemon juice
- 50 ml —– extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper —– to taste
For garnishing

Method:
- Mix cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, onion & olives in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil & lemon juice & season with salt & pepper.
- Toss well.
- Garnish with parsley & serve.
