Ingredients:-

  • 1.5 kg —– Ground beef
  • 1 —– Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 —– egg
  • 2 tsp —– Zeera ( Cumin )
  • 2 tsp —– Paprika
  • 1 tsp —– Chili powder
  • 1 tsp —– Haldi ( Turmeric powder )
  • Half tsp —– Dalchini ( Cinnamon )
  • Half cup —– Hara Dhania, chopped ( Coriander )

Ground beef koftas recipe for Eid Al-adha meal

Method:-

  1. Combine all the ingredients & form thick sausages.
  2. Thread onto skewers. Preheat grill & oil cooking grate.
  3. Place koftas on hot grill & cook for about 8 minutes, turning once.
  4. Serve with pita bread ( as a Moroccan tradtion ) or Chapati roti and raw onion rings.
  5. Eat with chutney or raita make it great spicy taste.
