Ingredients:-
- 2 Cups ——– Kidney beans soaked
- 1 Inch ——– Chopped ginger
- 2 ——– Onion, chopped
- 5 ——– Green chilies, finely chopped
- Coriander & curry leave, finely chopped
- Salt ——– to taste
- Oil ——– for frying

Kidney beans vadai Preparation:-
- Coarse grind kidney beans with little water to make a thick paste.
- Add remaining ingredients & mix well.
- Moisten your palms and make a round petty with 2 tbsp mixture on your palm.
- Drop it in hot oil & deep-fry till golden brown. Repeat till the
batter is over.
- Serve with mint Chutney
