Meat dry fruit Pullao

Ingredients:-

  • Mutton ——– 2 kgs,boneless
  • Rice ——– 2kgs , boiled with cloves and bay leaves
  • Pepper powder ——– 1 tsp
  • Salt ——– To taste
  • Ginger powder ——– 1 tspĀ 
  • Sugar ——– 1 tsp
  • Lemon ——– 2
  • Corn flower ——– 1 tsp
  • Sweet corn ——– 1 tin
  • Nuts ——– 2 tsp thinly cut and grounded
  • Oil ——– 1/2 cup
  • Margarine ——– 2 tsps
  • Soya sauce ——– 4 tbspsĀ 
  • Vinegar ——– 4 tbsps

Method:-

  1. Cut the mutton into small pieces and marinate with salt, ginger , pepper, vinegar, sugar, soya sauce and lemon.
  2. Make cuts on mutton pieces with a fork so that spices penitrate them.
  3. Marinate for 3-4 hours. Place these mutton pieces in a pot, along with corn flower solution dissolved in water so as to thicken the gravy.
  4. Fry the meat for a while. In an other pan, add marinate, corn dry fruits and fry them.
  5. ADD the mixture in a mutton pot. Keep some of dry fruits for garnishing.
  6. In the boiled rice, add food colour and simmer for a few minutes on low heat. Take out rice in the serving plate and mix them with mutton.
  7. Garnish with dry fruits with salad.

    In your above recipe there seems to be a bit of a mixup. Where are the dry fruits?
