Milk barfi
Ingredients:-
1 Cup —– Sugar
2 Cups —– Milk
500 gms —– Condensed milk
125 gms —– Ghee
1 Cup —– Cashew Nut Powder
1 Cup —– Chopped pistachio
5 gms —– cardamom powder
Method:-
Cook together cashew nut powder, sugar, ghee, milk and cardamom over
medium heat in a non stick saucepan until it becomes caramel in color.
Add condensed milk and cook for 30-40 minutes in low flame until it
becomes like a paste.
Mix in chopped pistachio.
Remove from heat and pour into any mould or a buttered tray. Let it set.
Cut into your desired shapes and serve.
