New Soft drinks recipe
Yogurt and raspberries smoothie
Ingredients:-
100 gms fresh raspberries
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp honey
2 tsp sugar
100 ml Milk without fat
Method:-
Blend the raspberries in a food processor until pureed.
Remove the seeds if don’t like it.
Blend well all ingredients with raspberries in blender to make it smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Mango Lassi
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
Yogurt ——– 1 1/4 cups
Lemon juice ——– 1/2 tsp
Fresh mango pulp ——– 1/2 cup
Cold water ——– 1/3 cup
Sugar
Ice cubes
Method:
Peel the mango and remove flesh from pit and cut into small pieces.
In a blender, add yogurt, lemon juice, mango pulp. water, and sugar.
Blend approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until you see a little forming in the mixture.
Add the ice and blend until frothy.
