Ingredients:-
- 200 gms —— Pasta
- 80 gms —— Salmon fillet
- 50 gms —— Mushroom, sliced
- 30 gms —— Gorgonzola cheese
- 100 ml —— cream
- 120 ml —— olive oil
- 10 gms —— Basil Salt & pepper, to taste

Method:
- Boil pasta with water & olive oil and cool in iced water. Do not overcook.
- Steam salmon fillet & cool. Then crumble in to big chunks.
- Prepare sauce with cream & cheese, bring them together to a boil & add in sliced mushrooms & reduce to half.
- Season with salt & pepper & then add in pasta.
- Garnish with salmon & basil leaves.
