Pasta with seafood
Ingredients:-
250 gms —– Linguini, cooked
50 gms —– chopped onion
300 gms —– mixed sea food
10 gms —– each, chopped garlic and chopped parsley
150 gms —– cherry tomatoes chopped
50 ml —– Tomato sauce
40 ml —– extra-virgin olive oil
salt and paper, to taste
Method:-
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, garlic and seafood.
Add tomato and tomato sauce, cook for 15 minutes on low heat and season to taste. keep aside.
Add pasta and toss well for a minute on low heat.
garnish with parsley.
