- Half KG minced meat without fat

- 3 Cloves

- 1 tsp Coriander and cumin powder

- 10 Garlic Flakes
- 2 ILaichi
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- A handful of dhania and chopped podina
- Juice of a lemon
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
