Stuffed Chicken with sauce

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast fillets   —— 02
  • Cottage cheese, crunbled —— 100 gms
  • Choped ginger   —— 15 gms
  • Choped garlic   —— 15 gms
  • Finely choped onion  —— 150 gms
  • Choped gree chilies  —— 10 gms
  • saffron    —— 01 gms
  • Cream    —— 30 gms
  • Corainder and cumin powder —— 10 gms each
  • oil    —— 2 tsp
  • salt and peper —— to   taste
  • Peel of 1 lemon, finely choped

Method:

  1. Mix 5 gms each of chili, garlic and onion with cottage cheese.
  2. Make pockets in the chicken breast and stuff with equal portion of mixture.
  3. Shalow-fry till browned and cooked through, 8-10 minutes.

Sauce

  1. To prepare sauce, saute together remaining ginger,garlic,onion and green chilies for 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add cumin and coriander powder, saffron and cream.
  3. Place chicken on plate and drizzle sauce over.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel and server with salad
