Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillets —— 02
- Cottage cheese, crunbled —— 100 gms
- Choped ginger —— 15 gms
- Choped garlic —— 15 gms
- Finely choped onion —— 150 gms
- Choped gree chilies —— 10 gms
- saffron —— 01 gms
- Cream —— 30 gms
- Corainder and cumin powder —— 10 gms each
- oil —— 2 tsp
- salt and peper —— to taste
- Peel of 1 lemon, finely choped
Method:
- Mix 5 gms each of chili, garlic and onion with cottage cheese.
- Make pockets in the chicken breast and stuff with equal portion of mixture.
- Shalow-fry till browned and cooked through, 8-10 minutes.
Sauce
- To prepare sauce, saute together remaining ginger,garlic,onion and green chilies for 5-6 minutes.
- Add cumin and coriander powder, saffron and cream.
- Place chicken on plate and drizzle sauce over.
- Garnish with lemon peel and server with salad
